Background
Kathryn Webb began her career in the legal industry in 1988 as a trainee legal clerk in Moss Vale, NSW, shortly after finishing school. Raised in the Southern Highlands, she gained over eight years of experience with her first firm before relocating to Cootamundra in 1997. While raising her family, Kathryn held various short-term legal roles before joining Farrell Goode Solicitors in 2015.
With more than three decades in the legal profession, Kathryn has gained deep insight into legal processes and built long-standing relationships with real estate agents, accountants, lenders, and other law firms. Her knowledge, reliability, and community ties make her a trusted professional within the Cootamundra region.
Roles and Responsibilities
Kathryn is the Office Manager and Conveyancing Clerk at the Cootamundra office. Her role encompasses conveyancing, office administration, and client liaison. She is the key point of contact for property transactions and ensures matters progress smoothly from start to finish.

Kathryn is passionate about conveyancing and has managed thousands of matters over her career. Whether it’s a first home purchase, a family home sale, investment, or navigating legal processes during major life events like separation or bereavement, Kathryn understands the people behind each file. She takes pride in guiding clients through some of life’s most significant transitions and has become a familiar and approachable presence in the local community.
Hobbies and Interests
Kathryn enjoys Pilates, travel, cooking, dining out, and watching sport—whether on TV or live. She also values quality time with her three adult children and relaxing with a good Netflix series.
Community Involvement
A long-time contributor to local sport and youth development, Kathryn has served as treasurer on both the Cootamundra Junior Cricket Committee (8 years) and the Cootamundra Swimming & Lifesaving Club (3 years). She was awarded Life Membership of the Cootamundra Junior Cricket Club in 2021, and along with her husband, holds the Max Rudd Service to Junior Sport in Cootamundra Award, presented by the Cootamundra Sports Foundation.
Interesting Fact
Kathryn and her husband are keen cricket followers and have attended the Sydney “Pink Test” for several years. Fittingly, she was born in Bowral (where Sir Donald Bradman lived) and now lives in Cootamundra (where he was born)—a full circle for any cricket fan!
