Background:
Jenny McCabe joined Farrell Goode in 1991, beginning her legal career after time spent working at a local accountancy firm and raising her family. Her start at the firm came through a pioneering job share arrangement, a new concept at the time, which she proposed alongside her job share partner and sister Sandra Kite. Darryl Goode gave the idea a try, and more than 30 years later, it’s still going strong.

Born and raised in the local area, Jenny has an in-depth knowledge of local families and their histories, which adds a unique layer of insight and connection to her work. Her decades of service and strong ties to the community make her an invaluable part of the Farrell Goode team.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Jenny is the first friendly face clients see at reception in the Temora office and supports the legal team with a wide range of administrative tasks. Over the years, she has become a trusted and familiar part of the firm’s daily operations.

Favourite Aspect of the Job:
Jenny enjoys the opportunity to meet and communicate with a wide variety of people. She also values being part of a close-knit, inclusive team that supports each other both in and outside of work. The strong family values at Farrell Goode are something she deeply connects with.
