Background:
Jason commenced working with Farrell, Goode & McRae in 1985 while studying law externally through Macquarie University. He was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia in 1991, and later to the High Court of New Zealand in 2011.
In 2019, Jason completed his Master of Laws, majoring in Wills, Estates and Succession Planning, further strengthening his expertise in this specialised area.
Areas of Practice
Jason has a strong affinity for Wills, Estates and Succession Planning. He works closely with clients to ensure their estate planning is tax-effective and structured precisely in accordance with their intentions.
He has served as a member of the Law Society of NSW Elder Law, Succession and Capacity Committee, as well as the Rural Issues Committee, reflecting his commitment to both professional development and regional legal issues.

In his spare time, Jason enjoys spending time with family and friends and maintaining and driving his much-loved 1960 Jaguar Mark IX.
